It consists of copper conductor with PVC/XLPE insulated, Laid up, Inner sheathed, Armoured / Unarmoured, PVC outer sheathed. Control cable is designed for measuring control or regulation in the field of process automation. In addition control cable is used in the rail and transport industry, building construction, transmission, distribution and power networks. Control cables are also used in fixed installation and an interconnecting cable between fixed and mobile equipment. These are actually a two semi-conductive layers on high voltage cable, which are known as cross linked polyethylene. In this, one of the insulation is between the actual conductors and the XLPE and the other semi-con is on outside of the XLPE insulation underneath the concentric neutral. These are majorly used underground as well as over head transmission of power to the control panels in power plants, industries, projects and all the electrical installations. The insulation is provide from quality XLPE and sheath cab be PVC, HR PVC, FRLS, FR or HR-FRLS depending upon the application.
RANGE OF LT CONTROL CABLE• Armoured PVC Control cable 1.5 / 2.5 sq. mm. upto 37 Cores
• Unarmoured PVC Control Cables 1.5 / 2.5 sq. mm. upto 37 Cores.
• Armoured XLPE Control Cable 1.5 / 2.5 sq. mm. upto 37 Cores.
