Anil Bhadora is the co-founder & Managing Director of Vidhut Cables. Hailing from Tikamgarh, a small town in Madhya Pradesh, persuaded MA & LLB from prestigious colleges in Gwalior. He is the backbone of the company and is known for his soft spoken yet firm nature which has resulted long term relation with all the suppliers and purchasers. Under his guidance the manufacturing units were established and substantial growth of the company has been achieved over last 35 years since its inception.
Anil Bhadora, is managing Director of Ashina Floor Mills Pvt. Ltd. & DND Edible Oil. He has proved that to woo success one doesn’t need successful and famous antecedents – It comes to those who strive for it.
His journey begins way back in 1975, when he started with his father in readymade garment shop. His prime focus was on the growth and his warm inter personal skills resulted in immense growth. Always focused on the bigger picture he accumulated capital to start the Vidhut Cables.
Over the years he has been instrumental in getting the company approved in all major Electricity Boards includes KSEB, MSEDCL, PSPCL, DVVNL, MVVNL etc.
Very active in all social circles, he is also the life time member of Adash manas Samiti which provides healthy and hygienic meals to the relatives and acre takers of patients getting treatment from the Government Hospitals belonging financially weak families for Rs. 1. He is a Lion member for 38 years, M.J.F. & 2nd Century Ambassador of Lion International in Disst. 3233G-2 and has carried out various social welfare programs for the development of his region. He is also very active member of politics and has held various posts at District and State level. He is also the national Vice President & trustee of Shree Shevaytan (provides all facilities including clear water, roads, employment to Adhiwasis). He is also the Director of Dayoday pashu Seva Jendra (Goshala in paporaji Tikamgarh)
Shashank Bhadora is a 26 young man who is running on the pursuit of his dreams and a treadmill of ambitions. Hailing from a naive town, Tikamgarh, in Madhya Pradesh and schooled in SelaQui International, Dehradun, Shashank is on his entrepreneurial high changing business norms with innovations and modern techniques.
Having graduated from the prestigious BITS Pilani, he learned all about business models, accounts and economics of business attaining M.Sc. in Finance .He was a member of the student union, power lifting team and part of various clubs and departments that focused on conducive development in his college. He is a blend of multifaceted talents that make him a special asset in many economic institutions and platforms.
He has worked as a Marketing Analyst in Credit Suisse and as a Business Analyst in Dell International. His millennial mindset and a keen eye for initiatives led him to his first start-up, Bat Chef, a food tech company which came up with the concept of night deliveries. He is a leadership prodigy. His volumes of high moral skills and leadership were very evident right from his school.
He yearns to be an effective, inspiring leader and learn from the best, his business style is widely applauded. He idolizes his father (also a successful entrepreneur) as his mentor. He joined Vidhut Cables in 2017 and as of then has been instrumental in the company’s growth. Through his premise, he has been persistent in setting up a corporate culture and new marketing team with top people in cable industry. He has a minimal to lucrative business approach and is on the verge of an Expansion Aggressive model. He believes that development can surely be achieved through capitalism.
One might want to look away from the mental imagery of a businessman’s appeal and appearance given he is a fitness freak having a healthy lifestyle being one of his passions alongside cars. He is an admirable animal lover. He is a firm believer in cracking the conventions and wants to set business ideals as a prototype that entrepreneurs could embody, one of them of being ‘young’ both by mind and health.
