LT AB Cables

LT AB Cables – Bhadora Industries Pvt Ltd

Aerial Bunched cable (AB) is a very Nobel concept for over head power distribution when compared to the conventional bare conductor in over head distribution system. AB Cable provides higher safety and reliability, Lower power loses and ultimate system economy by reducing operative cost. It provides Lower distribution cost by restricting and anti tapping XLPE insulated power conductors of aluminium are laid together twisted around aluminium alloy bare or insulated messenger wire to form AB Cables. These cables are directly strung on distribution polls by means of hardware.

RANGE OF LT AERIAL BUNCHED CABLE • 1 Core Bare & Insulated Messenger Wire up to 120 Sq. mm.
• 2 Core Bare & Insulated Messenger Wire up to 120 Sq. mm
• 3 Core Bare & Insulated Messenger Wire up to 120 Sq. mm.
• 4 Core Bare & Insulated Messenger Wire up to 120 Sq. mm
ADVANTAGE OF LT AERIAL BUNCHED CABLE
In comparison with bare overhead distribution line AB Cable has very high reliability in maintaining power services because power and neutral conductors are insulated with the best dielectric, resulting in the following advantages: • Easier installation particularly in congested, forest or Hills areas. • High insulation resistance to earth in all seasons. Negligible leakage currents and low losses. • High capacitance and low inductance leading to low impendence of lines. • Lower voltage drop, higher current carrying capacities vis-à-vis better voltage regulation. • AB Cables are much safer than bare conductor. • Maintenance is very convenient. • Better adaptability to laid besides with existing overhead bare conductor system without any interference.
INSULATED NETURAL
In low voltage networks, in case of unbalanced load on the 3 phases, a current can flow in the neutral. This flow of current causes a voltage to be present in the neutral. This voltage can reach dangerous levels even in “earthed Conditions”. It is observed that the permissible voltage shift between neutral and earth can go up 1000 volts. This surely establishes the need for an insulated neutral. Moreover parallels can be drawn with the underground cables. Single insulation damage on the conductor will not necessarily trip the system, unless an adjacent conductor also suffers insulation damage at the same point. Unlike in underground cables systems there are lot of relative movements between the conductors leading to abrasion which more likely to damage the adjoining if the neutral is not insulated.

ABOUT US

We take pleasure in introducing VIDHUT CABLE which is an integral part of BHADORA Industries Pvt. Ltd., Since inception in the year 1988, the company exceeded all expectations and vision to hold now-a-days a major share of the market, it has ventured into manufacturing INDUSTRIAL CABLES under the brand name “VIDHUT CABLES” as per BIS specifications and other National & International Standards.
